Jill Selsman is the founder of Ubilam, Ltd, an independent production company. She creates inspired film work for clients such as Cooking Channel, Match.com and Opera Garnier, Paris, her signature style being stunning images and amazing stories, beautifully told. Ubilam also creates and develops its own formats, including @Hangrytv, hyper-curated food shorts to prompt and prime.
She started her career as a journalist writing for magazines such as Interview, Details, Tatler, and The Sunday Telegraph. After working as a television producer, she became an executive producer for MTV Europe, leading Creative and Content for MTV Indonesia in Jakarta, subsequently returning to London to launch MTV Flux, the first 360, mobile, web, TV platform in the UK. She then created multiple digital content channels for the Food Network in New York, before starting her own company. Her first job out of college was working in Andy Warhol’s Factory.
Jill has recently completed her debut book ‘You’ll Be Fine- Love, Death and Growing up in Hollywood”, a narrative nonfiction memoir about her experience of…. growing up in Hollywood as the child of a movie star.
